These Terms apply to your use of the Marinaresortnest website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This site and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and above only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. Photo identification may be requested at check-in.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card must secure your booking. The full balance is charged at checkout unless another arrangement is made.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations are free up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside that window the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours prior to arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaks gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and above. We support responsible play; self-exclusion and limits may be set at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, imagery, logos, design) belongs to Marinaresortnest or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property statutes.

This site may link to third-party pages. We accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
